Event organizing across Abu Dhabi

The Abu Dhabi neighbourhoods we set up in, and what we plan for in each:

• Al Mushrif — Villas and family majlis inside the city; most requests are a kosha and hospitality inside the majlis.
• Al Khalidiyah — A central district of apartments and hotel halls; setup here follows the venue's schedule and entry permits.
• Al Bahia — Villas with outdoor courtyards on the edge of the city, allowing tents and suspended lighting.
• Mohammed Bin Zayed City — Numbered residential compounds, so we ask for the plot number in advance because the inner streets look alike.
• Al Shamkha — Modern villas with large back yards, suited to marquees and large koshas.
• Al Rahba — On the northern Dubai road, so it is quicker for our vehicles to reach than central Abu Dhabi.
• Baniyas — A large family district; the most common requests are melcha and henna with hospitality and coffee servers.
• Khalifa City — Villas with front and back courtyards, where we set up outdoor lighting and medium sound systems.
• Al Reef — A gated residential community with set entry rules, so we send the vehicle details before the event day.
• Al Mafraq — An outlying district with open spaces that allow large tents and independent generators.
• Al Reem Island — Modern residential towers on the waterfront; events here are usually inside the towers or their malls, with goods lifts of fixed size.
• Yas Island — A major hotel and entertainment district in Abu Dhabi; most events here are in the big hotel ballrooms on strict coordination schedules.
• Saadiyat Island — Upscale hotels and villas near the cultural museums, suited to luxury occasions with large outdoor spaces.
• Al Raha Beach — Residential towers and villas on the waterfront, close to the main road between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
