Wedding party setup across Kalba

The Kalba neighbourhoods we set up in, and what we plan for in each:

• Al Ghail — A residential district on the Kalba ring road, growing with new housing projects; its homes have courtyards with room for a tent and an outdoor kosha. Kalba is on the east coast, so we set off early from Sharjah over the mountain road.
• Al Saaf — The new Al Saaf residential complex of modern family homes on the ring road; events here are usually in the courtyard and majlis with full outdoor lighting.
• Al Tareef — A residential district on the ring road between Al Saaf and Al Ghail, with outdoor space that allows a marquee and a full hospitality setup.
• Khor Kalba — On the edge of the mangrove reserve south of the town; being next to the creek means humidity and sea wind, which we allow for when anchoring tents and choosing flowers.
• Suhaila — A residential district inside Kalba with family villas; most occasions here are melcha and henna inside the majlis with coffee hospitality.
• Al Qadisiya — A residential district close to central Kalba, easy for our installation vehicles to reach from the main road.
• Al Baraha — An area of open ground suited to large tents and marquees for occasions with many guests.
• Al Musalla — A district in central Kalba mixing older and newer homes, with mid-size majlis that suit a standard kosha and indoor hospitality.
