Start a wedding kosha enquiry with your event date, city and a photograph of the design you like. Venue details and measurements help the team prepare a clearer quotation. Use this checklist for an event in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman or Ras Al Khaimah; any missing details can be discussed afterwards.
Identify the design
Choose a photograph from the kosha gallery and save its design reference or page link. If you want to combine elements from different photographs, explain which parts you mean: the backdrop, couple’s seating, colours or flower arrangement. Mention the changes you want rather than assuming every detail in the photograph will be included.
Show the available space
An image facing the kosha area and another from the guests’ seating position help explain the room layout. Send the available width, depth and ceiling height if known. Include the dimensions of an existing stage. If measurements are still pending, say so and obtain them from the venue later; estimates should be clearly labelled.
Share the date and location
