The Dubai neighbourhoods we set up in, and what we plan for in each:

• Al Khawaneej — A district of large villas; most events here are held in the home garden or the adjoining majlis. We set up tents and outdoor lighting with the evening wind in mind.
• Mirdif — Villas and family majlis, usually reached through narrow inner streets, so we use smaller transport vehicles and arrive early to install.
• Nad Al Sheba — Large outdoor spaces that allow tents and marquees, with extra power available for the lighting and sound systems.
• Al Barsha — More hotel halls and serviced apartments than villas, so we keep to the installation times the venue management sets.
• Al Warqa — Home majlis and courtyards; most requests are melcha and henna koshas sized for indoor spaces.
• Jumeirah — Beachside villas; being close to the sea means higher humidity, so we choose flowers and fabrics that hold up all evening.
• Al Mizhar — Family villas with gardens; most events are in the evening with full outdoor lighting.
• Al Qusais — A mix of apartments and small halls; the most common requests are marriage contract (aqd) ceremonies and coffee hospitality.
• Deira — City-centre halls; access needs truck parking arranged before the installation time.
• Al Rashidiya — Majlis and villas; being near the airport makes morning arrival and installation easier.
• Business Bay — Hotel halls and towers; installation goes through the service lifts with prior permission from building management.
• Dubailand — Modern villa communities with outdoor space, well suited to transparent tents and suspended lighting.
• Dubai Marina — Residential towers and waterfront hotel halls; loading is usually through the towers' car parks, so we arrange entry permits with building management before installation day.
• Downtown Dubai — Upscale hotels and halls near Burj Khalifa, with set-up and take-down times fixed precisely by the hotel; we follow the venue's schedule in full.
• Al Furjan — A modern family villa community; most requests are home-garden koshas and medium transparent tents.
• Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC) — A dense ring-shaped community of villas and apartments; its inner streets need an early arrival slot to avoid traffic.
• Al Quoz — A district of warehouses and large event halls, suited to big occasions and corporate stages that need a large loading area.
• Dubai Silicon Oasis — A family community of apartments and townhouses; the most common requests are melcha and henna koshas sized for home living rooms.
• Al Wasl — A district of large villas close to the city centre; most events are held in the villa garden or majlis, with enough room for a tent and outdoor lighting.
