What shapes the setup
- Ground type
- On sand the tent is pegged; on tiles or interlock it needs weights — which is why we ask before we arrive.
- Access to the site
- The route for the delivery vehicle and the width of the gate or path decide how the pieces are carried in and the order of setup, so a photo of the entrance helps.
- Cooling and air-conditioning
- The number of cooling and air-conditioning units is set by the tent area and the number of people, and stated in the quotation.
- Space and number
- They set the tent size, the number of rows and the entrance aisle.
- Power
- Lighting and cooling need a power point nearby, agreed before installation.
- Setup time
- The tent goes up before mourners arrive; removal is agreed with you for after the last day.

What tent size do we need?
It depends on the ground available and the number expected; we set it from a photo or description of the site and state it in the quotation.
Does the tent need approval?
If it will stand outside the property line — on the street or an open plot — the site requirements are checked with its management and the competent authority before confirmation. Where an emirate has an official condolence service, its city pages name it.
Can the tent be cooled?
Yes, with air conditioners or mist fans depending on the season and power available; it is itemised in the quotation.
