What the service is

A complete setup for the place of condolence — at home, in a tent beside it, or in a hall — from installation to removal after the condolence days. We agree with the family what is actually needed and add nothing that was not asked for.

• Meals for mourners on request — the source is stated in the quotation

Pieces, sizes, quantities, timing and price are set in the quotation according to the site and the number of people.

What shapes the setup

The place

A majlis inside the house needs fewer chairs, less floor covering and less cooling than a tent on open ground, which needs flooring, sides and lighting.

The number

It sets the number of chairs and coffee servers and the amount of coffee, dates and water, and can be adjusted on the following days.

The city

It sets the arrival time and what may be needed if the tent stands outside the property line — see the next section.

Setup time

Installation is arranged before mourners arrive; removal after the last day, at a time the family chooses.
