A complete setup for the place of condolence — at home, in a tent beside it, or in a hall — from installation to removal after the condolence days. We agree with the family what is actually needed and add nothing that was not asked for.

What shapes the setup
- The place
- A majlis inside the house needs fewer chairs, less floor covering and less cooling than a tent on open ground, which needs flooring, sides and lighting.
- The number
- It sets the number of chairs and coffee servers and the amount of coffee, dates and water, and can be adjusted on the following days.
- The city
- It sets the arrival time and what may be needed if the tent stands outside the property line — see the next section.
- Setup time
- Installation is arranged before mourners arrive; removal after the last day, at a time the family chooses.
Working in Sharjah
Our base is in Al Yarmook, Sharjah. If the tent will stand outside the property line, the site requirements are checked with its management and the competent authority before confirmation.
In the Emirate of Sharjah, the Department of Suburbs and Villages Affairs offers a free “condolence organisation service” to the families of deceased citizens, on request: a suburb majlis hall or a condolence tent, with hospitality and signs (tel. 80039).

- Al Taawun — Residential towers and apartments near the Dubai border; halls here are often inside the towers with size-limited goods lifts, so we check the lift size before choosing decor pieces.
- Al Nud — A family residential district of apartments and small compounds; the most common requests are home majlis setups and henna and melcha koshas.
- Al Nouf — A green district of detached villas on the edge of Sharjah; its wide outdoor spaces suit large koshas and transparent tents.
- Al Gharayen — A villa neighbourhood next to Sharjah National Park, quiet and with good outdoor space for majlis and garden setups.
- Muleiha — A district on the edge of inland Sharjah, further from the coast, so we start loading and preparing early to make sure every piece arrives before the event.
