Condolence majlis setup
A condolence gathering cannot wait. Call or message us and we confirm with you what is needed and when we can arrive, according to your location — across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, Khor Fakkan, Kalba, Dibba, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra. You receive those who come; we take care of the setup and hospitality we agree on.

Male and female coffee servers in appropriate dress, serving throughout.

Arabic coffee, dates and chilled water, replenished continuously without you having to ask.

Meals for those attending on request, arranged around their numbers and arrival times.
Signage
A sign with the name and the majlis number at the entrance, so visitors arrive without asking.
Cooling
Air conditioning or misting fans depending on the season and whether the space is open or closed.
Parking
Parking organisation and guidance for arrivals, particularly in narrower streets.
Takedown afterwards
We return to take everything down and remove it at a time that suits you, without disturbance.
