Condolence majlis setup
A condolence gathering cannot wait. Call us at any hour and we arrive with a complete setup within hours — across Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Fujairah and Abu Dhabi. You receive those who come; we handle everything else.

Male and female coffee servers in appropriate dress, serving throughout.
Coffee, dates and water
Arabic coffee, dates and chilled water, replenished continuously without you having to ask.
Meals and hospitality
Meals for those attending on request, arranged around their numbers and arrival times.
Signage
A sign with the name and the majlis number at the entrance, so visitors arrive without asking.
Cooling
Air conditioning or misting fans depending on the season and whether the space is open or closed.
Parking
Parking organisation and guidance for arrivals, particularly in narrower streets.
Takedown afterwards
We return to take everything down and remove it at a time that suits you, without disturbance.
